Entry requirements for acceptance into the programmes are based on the following qualifications (and experience where applicable.)
a) A Master's Degree in related fields from any of the institution of higher learning recognised by the University Senate
OR
b) Other qualification equivalent to Master's Degree recognised by the University Senate.
c) For international students, there is an additional English language requirement, which is:
i) A minimum score of 500 in TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or
ii) A minimum score of 5.0 in IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
Full-Time: Minimum 2 years - Maximum 5 years
Part-Time: Minimum 3 years - Maximum 7 years

a) Students must publish their research works (first author and UniMAP affiliation) prior to thesis submission, 10 points which consist of types of publication according to the scoring system as given in Table 1.
b) Complete PhD thesis.
c) Pass viva-voce
